Daytona

I-4 has construction areas between Orlando and Daytona.  I-95 has construction areas around Daytona.  The highway patrol is suggesting using US-1 to enter and leave the track area to experience less congestion. 

Suggested route from the Lake Mary hotel:  Take I-4 east to State Road 44 (exit 118).  Take State Road 44 east to US-1.  Turn left on US-1 to go north.  Turn left on State Road 400/Beville Rd. Take State Road 400/Beville Rd to Clyde Morris Blvd (Road#483).  Turn north (right) on Clyde Morris Blvd.  Go about 2 miles to Parking Lot 7, the track offers free parking with a free shuttle.

Suggested route from the Ormond Beach hotel:  The hotel is at I-95 & US-1.  Go south on US-1 to State Road 40 (Granada Blvd.).  Go west (right) on State Road 40 to Clyde Morris Blvd (Road#483).  Take Clyde Morris Blvd. (Road#483) south (left).  Go about 2.5 miles to Parking Lot 7, the track offers free parking with a free shuttle.

Bristol

Suggested route from the hotels in Bristol:  take I-81 south for just a couple of minutes and exit at Virginia Exit #3 (Interstate 381), which turns into Commonwealth Avenue, and then changes name to Volunteer Parkway / 11E when you cross the state line into Tennessee.  This leads directly to Bristol Motor Speedway.  There is pay parking on both sides of 11E when you get to the track (about $20).  On the far side of the facility, on TN 394, the track has a free parking lot with free shuttle.  All traffic after the race is REQUIRED to exit the track area by going in a certain direction based on where you park, so keep that in mind when choosing where you park. 

Suggested route from the hotel in Kingsport:  Take I-26 / 181 toward Johnson City.  Exit TN 381 (State of Franklin Road) at exit #19 in Johnson City, which leads to 11E.  This intersection requires some odd turning to end up going the right way so you might want to try it beforehand.  Go north on 11E to the track.  The track is at the intersection of 11E and TN 394.  The track's free parking with free shuttle is on your right (it is on TN 394 near the intersection with 11E).  There are pay parking lots on both 11E and TN 394.  All traffic after the race is REQUIRED to exit the track area by going in a certain direction based on where you park, so keep that in mind when choosing where you park.  

Suggested route from the hotel in Johnson City:  The hotel is at Browns Mill Rd & US 11E.  Go north on 11E to the track.  The track is at 11E and TN 394.  The track's free parking with free shuttle is on your right (it is on TN 394 near the intersection with 11E).  There are pay parking lots on both 11E and TN 394.  Keep in mind that all traffic after the race is REQUIRED to exit the track area by going in a certain direction based on where you park.

Talladega

The best route to get to the track is to exit I-20 at exit 173 Eastaboga and proceed west on Speedway Blvd. Lots 2N, 3N and 1E-5E lots will provide the easiest exiting. Lots 1W-4W will also provide good parking, but it's a little longer in exiting.

Dover

Suggested route from the hotel in Wilmington:  The hotel is in downtown about 1/2 mile from I-95.  Take I-95 South for 6.5 miles to exit #4A for DE-1.  (at Christiana Mall).  Go South on DE-1 for 36 miles to exit #104 Scarborough Rd.  After you exit the highway and go through the toll booth, you will immediately turn left on DuPont Hwy (US-13) and then the track is 2 miles ahead on the left.  (Portions of DE-1 are a toll road, so have some loose change or small bills with you.  The track's website says it is a 50 cent toll charge.  Exact change only at night.)
