We will email you the name, address, and phone number of the hotel on the same day you make a reservation or by the next business day if it is a night or weekend.  If you already have a hotel reservation somewhere, DON'T CANCEL IT UNTIL YOU GET YOUR RESERVATION NUMBER FROM US. 

Hotel #1

The rooms have 2 beds, the hotel has free breakfast.  It is in Johnson City.  As you may already know, the track is halfway between Bristol and Johnson City so it's not far away.  The rooms are for Friday 8/22/08 check-in and Sunday 8/24/08 check-out.  The rate is $199 per night plus tax and is a final total of  $413.08.  We are also giving a $50 gift card to Shell gas station with all the reservations for Bristol.  (there is a Shell gas station near the track in case you don't have one in your home area)
