If you look, the hotels are sold out sometimes within an hour's drive of the track.  They are full with the teams, the media, and the officials.  We know you need '4 Walls & A Bed' near the track and that is what we provide. 

Then, we are constantly monitoring prices to make sure you get a good deal.  Here is a good example:           We had a customer get a room in Jan 2008 for the July race in Daytona.   

The price of oil since then has lowered the number of people traveling and the prices at hotels in Daytona went down.  We lowered our prices and actually sent a $120 refund check to the customer that paid the original price.

We don't do something drastic like this very often, but it does prove how committed we are to being good to our customers.  We feel like a happy customer is going to come back again or tell a friend about us.
